Frequently asked questions

  • If you want to make any changes in your order, please write us a mail or call us directly on the number given. We won’t be able to change anything once it has been shipped.
  • For cancellation of your order, reach out to our customer care service. Once your order has been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.
  • We usually dispatch our orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, it takes 3-4 business days to deliver in metros cities and 4-5 business days to deliver in rest of India.
  • Delivery time may vary depending upon on your postal code and other factors including public holidays & extreme weather conditions.
  • We offer free domestic shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Shipping charges for cash on delivery orders is ₹150.
  • You will get a text message/email with all the details and a tracking link once your product is shipped.

  • For any queries regarding exchange or return of a product, you can write to us at support@5feet11.com or you can reach out on Instagram @5feet11, a prompt response is assured to you within 24-48 hours.
  • You can also check out our Exchange/return policy.
  • The pick up will be attempted twice if the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

 

  • Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
  • For COD orders the refund will be processed in form of Indya store credits and the amount will reflect within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you on your registered mail id.

 

  • For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. Please keep in mind the following–
  1. You need to send a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
  2. Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
  3. You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.
  • In case you face any technical difficulties in following this process, kindly get in touch with us on support@5feet11.com. We will then investigate the case and reply within 48 hours with the best available resolution.
  • Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
